Our Human Rights Project is a long-term initiative focused on monitoring the human rights situation in Norway through an intersectional feminist perspective. The project is being gradually established starting in 2025.

Objectives

The overarching goals of the project are to:

• Monitor the human rights situation and highlight relevant issues from an intersectional feminist perspective, including participating in formal human rights monitoring mechanisms and contributing to consultations and related activities.
• Build collaborations with academic and professional communities.

Human Rights Committee

To strengthen our work on human rights, IFI has decided to establish a Human Rights Committee composed of experts who can offer advice to inform our work.
